How do you take your coffee? 

I take it black with a little Turbinado sugar.  Some research suggests only sociopaths do this, but coffee shaming is not okay.

When making a PB&J sandwich, do you put on the peanut butter or jelly first? 

Obviously the substrate comes first and this can be any type of bread.  Then the bonding agent comes next which is the peanut butter.  The peanut butter must be chunky because it is an aggregate and is crucial for bonding.  The jelly is really just a finish coat.

Have you ever disliked something and then changed your mind? 

Red wine, mushrooms, olive oil, and arugula were all blacklisted until I started traveling.
